We collect information from you when you register on our site.  When submitting a claim review, you may be asked to enter your name, email, address, and phone number.  To improve customer service in responding to requests, we send text messages, emails, and periodic phone calls and will only use your information to send information and updates pertaining to your claim(s).  We may share your information with our partner (co-counsel) law firms in an attempt to help you.  By submitting your contact information, you agree to our Terms of use and our security and privacy policy.  You also expressly consent to having National Injury Help or partner firms contact you about your inquiry by text message (rates may apply), phone calls (including automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice) to the residential or cellular telephone number you have provided, even if that telephone number is on a corporate, state, or national DO NOT Call Registry.  You do not have to agree to receive such calls or messages as a condition of getting any services from National Injury Help.  By communicating with us by phone, you consent to calls being recorded and monitored.

  • We will review your information and call you as soon as we know whether or not you have a case. We will call on our direct line, which is (800) 214-1010, so keep a lookout for that number.
  • We will also text you when we have more questions about your claim. Text rates apply.
  • Please do not fill out other forms online. They can end up in the wrong hands and we are here to protect your information.
  • While we usually call you within 24 hours, it can take up to five business days to process your information. If we do not call you back within 24 hours, don’t worry, you are in line to be called. We are committed to getting you the help you need.
  • Please Note: You are not a client until we have agreed to accept your case and sign a client retainer agreement.
