Surprise, AZ – Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash at Loop 303 & Grand Ave

Surprise, AZ (December 9, 2025) – Two people died and two others suffered injuries after a three-vehicle collision on Tuesday, December 9. The crash happened around 12:30 p.m. on the northbound side of Loop 303 near milepost 118, just south of Grand Avenue.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety reported that the two people who died were riding in the same vehicle. Paramedics also transported two others to a nearby hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening.
