Car Accidents in Phoenix
Phoenix continues to report a high number of vehicle collisions each year, with many resulting in serious injuries. Roads like Central Avenue, which run through dense residential and commercial areas, often see heavy traffic and frequent driver distractions. Early-morning crashes are especially common when visibility is low and fatigue affects driver performance.
According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, Maricopa County accounts for more than half of the state’s annual crashes. Many of these accidents involve distracted driving, speeding, or impairment — all major factors that increase the likelihood of injury or fatality. Even seemingly minor crashes can lead to long-term physical and emotional harm, including whiplash, back injuries, or traumatic brain injuries.
Victims of car accidents often face expensive medical care, time away from work, and emotional distress. Insurance companies may attempt to limit payouts or deny claims altogether, leaving victims without the compensation they deserve. An experienced personal injury attorney can help ensure victims’ rights are protected.
A skilled lawyer can handle communications with insurers, gather vital evidence such as witness statements and police reports, and pursue fair compensation for all damages, including medical bills, lost wages, property repairs, and pain and suffering.
