Fatal Car Accidents in Arizona

Three Killed in Crash on US-93 near Rte 93

Arizona has some of the most dangerous highways in the nation, including US-93, which connects Phoenix to Las Vegas. The road has long been recognized for its high rate of deadly crashes, especially on rural stretches with limited passing zones. Head-on collisions, like the one near Wickenburg, are among the most lethal due to the force of impact.

Common causes of fatal accidents on rural highways include speeding, reckless passing, fatigue, and impaired driving. In areas with only two lanes, attempts to pass slower vehicles in no-passing zones can quickly turn deadly. Tragically, these decisions often affect innocent passengers and other drivers.

Families of victims may face overwhelming challenges after a fatal crash. Funeral costs, medical expenses, and loss of income create significant financial strain. Beyond the financial impact, the sudden loss of a loved one brings deep emotional pain and lasting trauma.

A wrongful death attorney can help families pursue compensation in wrongful death cases. A skilled attorney can gather evidence, speak with witnesses, and handle negotiations with insurance companies. This support allows families to focus on healing while ensuring accountability.

Possible damages include coverage for medical and funeral expenses, lost wages, and loss of companionship. Legal guidance is especially important when multiple agencies are involved in the investigation, as is common in major crashes on highways like US-93.
