Bullhead City, AZ (August 8, 2025) – A deadly head-on collision occurred Tuesday night, August 5, on the 1900 block of Highway 95, just south of Clubhouse Drive.

At approximately 8:15 p.m. on August 5, a green 1999 Honda CRV heading south crossed into oncoming traffic for reasons still unknown. It collided directly with a northbound white 2014 Toyota Highlander.

The 68-year-old male driver of the Honda CRV was the only person in his vehicle. He was taken to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center (WARMC), where he later died.

The Toyota Highlander had three occupants who were also rushed to WARMC. The driver suffered serious injuries, and the two passengers were treated for minor injuries.

Authorities continue investigating the crash to determine its cause. The deceased driver’s identity will be released once his family has been notified.
